Detailed scale model and educational presentation setup for the Friedesse Mill in Neer – listed monument and cultural heritage

For the Friedesse Mill in Neer, a beautiful and officially listed national monument, 3D Maquettes created a complete and informative presentation setup that offers visitors accessible and visually appealing insights into the rich history of this characteristic watermill.

The project included the design, modelling, and production of a detailed scale model of the Friedesse Mill, with special attention given to capturing authentic historical details. The model was carefully developed using extensive reference images, historical documentation, and site visits. To optimally protect the scale model while presenting it professionally, a custom-made plexiglass display case was produced. This protects the model against dust, contact, and damage, while ensuring it remains clearly visible to visitors.

This panel, crafted from high-quality wood and finished with laser engraving, contains durable, clear texts and illustrations.
