Scale models for holiday resort – visual added value for real estate presentations

For Luma Projects, 3DMAQUETTES created two detailed and high-quality 3D scale models to support their presentation at a national holiday homes fair. These physical models served as a powerful visual communication tool in presenting a new holiday resort with 28 exclusive villas, each based on one of 12 unique architectural designs.

The models were produced using precise 3D printing technology (FDM) in PLA material and fully finished in the specific RAL colours provided by the client. By using high-quality materials, sharp detailing, and consistent scale proportions, the result was a realistic and representative depiction of the final resort.

For delicate and fine elements such as pergolas, doors, and window frames, the choice was made to print them separately and then assemble them by hand. This approach made it possible to achieve an exceptional level of detail, even at a small scale – a crucial factor in convincingly presenting luxury holiday homes and real estate projects.

The surroundings of the holiday park were also developed in great detail to give fair visitors a complete impression. Paved streets, lawns, flowerbeds, and even palm trees were carefully added to create a lively and atmospheric overall picture. Thanks to this refined landscaping, potential buyers and investors could easily envision the future resort.

The combination of visual impact, material selection, and finishing made the scale models a striking and effective part of Luma Projects’ exhibition stand. With these realistic miniatures, they were able to convincingly communicate their design vision and building plans to a wide audience.
